    hey guys, I really need help getting my fulls! also, what are some tips on how to reach up and not back and I seem to throw back instead of up? it honestly feels like im reaching up but im not :P thank you! x

    Hi, Are you able to provide a bit more information about your current full? Can you complete the full twist? Once I get an idea of your current progress I can provide some tips to help. Thanks.

    try blocking more on the floor so, hit the floor on and angle like \ rather than | haha i hope that makes sense

    I really need some advice on how to get more height with my Backtucks and my Full. I am able to throw it on the Airtrack and on Sprung floor at training however I can’t throw it from a standing position
